What happens after you book
Six steps from your booking confirmation to walking into the resort. Nothing here needs arranging on your side.

Tell us your arrival date
Add your travel date in the booking notes, or message us on WhatsApp once you've reserved. We'll work backwards from it to hold a seat on the sailing that actually gets you here comfortably.

We reserve your ticket
No queueing at the ghat and no hunting for a launch on the day. Your ticket is held under your name before you leave the mainland.

We confirm your sailing
Tell us when you're arriving and we'll match you to a ship and confirm the boarding point and time with you the evening before.

The crossing to Saint Martin
Roughly 45 minutes across the channel. Settle in — your ticket is already booked and the seat is yours for the ride.

Ghat to the resort
The harbour is about two kilometres from Sailor Eco Resort. We'll have a vehicle waiting to take you the rest of the way.

You're settled
You arrive at the resort with your room ready and nothing left to arrange. If the schedule shifts in monsoon, we message you in real time rather than leaving you to find out at the pier.
